Vision
To enable a modern, fit-for-purpose One ITU that delivers operational excellence internally through strong coordination between the sectors. As your Deputy Secretary General, I will act as the Accountability Architect, the leader who ensures the Union machinery converts your global consensus into local impact.
Mission
To drive the One ITU vision by strengthening transparency, fairness, and operational alignment across the Union so that decisions are faster, consultations are more inclusive, and outcomes deliver real benefits for all Member States. This will reinforce the ITU’s role in advancing global digital priorities including the SDGs, the WSIS Action Plan, and the Global Digital Compact – ensuring no region and no voice is left behind.

With a strong internal engine, the ITU can lead the Technical Governance of Agentic AI, Space Sustainability, and Connectivity. I am here to ensure our three Bureaus have the Operational Infrastructure they need to deliver high-impact results for every Member State.
